WWO is an acronym for Highly Sensitive Persons. The uniqueness of this group is evidenced primarily by the way its members perceive stimuli from the environment. Check what exactly distinguishes them and see if you belong to the WWO group. Take the instant test.

The concept of high sensitivity was introduced to literature by Elaine N. Aron. This term has many different meanings and does not refer to one personality characteristic. Rather, it describes a set of features that, to a greater or lesser extent, affect virtually every sphere of an individual's life, often making it difficult for him or her to function daily and establish relationships with other people.

What does it mean to be a WWO?

Highly sensitive people perceive stimuli reaching them from the outside (sounds, images, smells, etc.) more deeply. They also experience various types of emotions more strongly. They are more sensitive to changes taking place in their immediate environment. They react strongly even to subtle modifications that others do not even notice. All this makes them often feel overwhelmed by the abundance of information reaching them. They need time to adapt to new situations. They often have difficulty finding a job. They are perceived as introverted and withdrawn.

WWOs put a lot of effort into building relationships with other people. They get involved easily. However, they also need a lot of space for themselves in a relationship. They don't like it when something or someone limits them. They avoid conflicts. They try to resolve any disagreements through conversation. They easily sense their partner's emotions. They are able to meet their expectations.
