A new attraction in the mountains. We will see the Tatra Mountains, Bieszczady and Beskid Mountains at the same time
The newest observation tower is a must-see during trips to southern Poland. Good weather conditions will allow you to observe a wide area.
This week is the first in which tourists going to the vicinity of Gorlice, Nowy Sącz or Jasło can take advantage of the amazing opportunity to see a vast panorama of the impressive peaks of southern Poland. The observation tower opened on December 12 in Moszczenica in the Lesser Poland Voivodeship invites you to discover the mountain charms completely free of charge.

The newly opened attraction is the result of an investment worth PLN 1.6 million. “The tower is 24 meters high and the main viewing platform is approximately 20 meters high. In the original version, it was supposed to be only 12 meters high, but due to the forest surrounding the building, it was decided to increase it,” we read on the website gorlice.naszemiasto.pl
Anyone can climb the tower and it does not require a fee. Be careful as the stairs can be quite slippery. The tower has no guards or service staff. It is best to take binoculars with you to take full advantage of the location and height of the observation deck. The platform on which visitors can stand is located under the roof, so we do not have to worry about possible rainfall. To get to the attraction, you need to walk about 2 kilometers from the center of Moszczenica or by car. There is a parking lot a few dozen meters from the tower entrance.

The biggest advantage of the new attraction in Moszczenica is definitely the 360-degree view from it. When conditions are good, we can simultaneously see the Tatra, Beskid and Bieszczady peaks from the observation deck. This is helped by the unique location in a small village without tall buildings, which is located perfectly in the center of the triangle of the most popular mountain ranges in Poland. Although the highest observation tower in our country is located in the Karkonosze Mountains, located slightly further away, the original view in Moszczanica also has a chance to win the hearts of Polish tourists.
