Accusations against Kołodziejczak. The case will be handled by the prosecutor's office

The prosecutor’s office is to be informed about the possibility of committing a crime by the Deputy Minister of Agriculture, Michał Kołodziejczak. – Let the prosecutor’s office investigate whether he incited these gentlemen – commented MP Sebastian Łukaszewicz.

On Friday, February 9, reports appeared that the deputy head of the Ministry of Agriculture and MP of the Civic Coalition, Michał Kołodziejczak, allegedly intimidated a farmer from the Podlaskie Voivodeship.

What was Kołodziejczak accused of?

These accusations were formulated during the Sejm session by Sebastian Łukaszewicz, an MP from Sovereign Poland. This is about a woman who recently published a video on social media in which she encouraged farmers to participate in protests and criticized Kołodziejczak.

– She received a phone call from Michał Kołodziejczak himself, who called her and told her to delete the video. What’s more, a few hours later, strong people appeared in front of her house and entered the property with boots on, threatening her that she could not take part in the protests and that she should immediately remove the video from the Internet, Łukaszewicz said.

Kołodziejczak categorically denied these accusations. He described it as “lies and slander”. He also announced that I would take this case to court.

The case will be handled by the prosecutor’s office

According to the findings of “wPolityce.pl”, law enforcement authorities will also look into the matter. MP Łukaszewicz announced in an interview with the portal that he would submit a report to the prosecutor’s office about the possibility of committing a crime by Kołodziejczak.

– Let the prosecutor’s office investigate whether he incited those gentlemen who came to Mrs. Julita Olszewska’s yard and the threats they addressed to her directly. By the way, Mrs. Julita will go to the police today or on Monday and will also file a report. (…) This is a matter of investigation. There are a lot of cameras and I think there will be no problem identifying these people. (…) They told her not to go to any protest because she might not be able to make it and that she should remove the video – commented the MP from Sovereign Poland.

Łukaszewicz: Against the sick policy of Brussels bureaucrats

At the same time, he recalled the farmers’ protests taking place today across the country. Let us recall that protests were organized in as many as 260 towns.

They constitute an expression of opposition to the implementation of European Union decisions, i.e. the so-called climate policy and duty-free trade in agricultural products from Ukraine, as a result of which farmers are recording increasing losses. The problem does not only concern our country. Identical protests have been taking place in many European countries for several weeks.

– It is unbelievable that in the 21st century, in a seemingly free country, some strong men would break into the yard, like a mafia, and invoke the deputy minister, threatening a woman who has the right to express her views on Kołodziejczak or wants to mobilize people for Farmers’ protest. And farmers are in a dramatic situation today and are protesting against this sick, stupid policy of Brussels bureaucrats who want to introduce the “Green Deal” at all costs, added Łukaszewicz.
