On Friday evening, the team from Poznań was to achieve a valuable victory in the context of fighting for the Polish championship, chasing the leader Jagiellonia Białystok. – We failed all over the place today. And there is no need to use any nice words here. We started sluggishly, especially when we received the ball and didn't move forward, and we talked about that. We managed to react a little after conceding a goal, a penalty kick, and it seemed like okay, this is a wake-up call for the team. But the second half wasn't good for us. Again, many crosses from Ruch that we do not block. And again, after conceding a goal, the team starts playing better, but it is not enough. We failed and I apologize for that, said Lech coach Mariusz Rumak at a press conference.
The fans of the Poznań team turned their backs on the players after the final whistle. Additionally, there were several sharp epithets that clearly indicated what Kolejorz fans think about the latest performances of their beloved club.
