How to play Lotto?
One Lotto bet costs PLN 3. On the coupon you need to cross out 6 out of 49 numbers, you can do it yourself or play at random. Lotto Plus is an additional chance to win. It is enough to pay PLN 1 extra to the Lotto bet, so that the numbers from this bet will take part in an additional draw. In Lotto Plus, 6 out of 49 numbers are drawn. For matching six numbers, the prize is PLN 1 million. Lotto Plus winnings are fixed and guaranteed. There are no accumulations.
The probability of correctly selecting six numbers in Lotto is 1 in 13,983,816. Crossing five correct numbers has a 1 in 54,201 chance. One in 1,032 people picks four correctly.
Lotto winnings tax
It should be remembered that in Poland, a tax of 10% must be paid on each win in games of chance that exceeds PLN 2,280. amounts. In the event of the correct deletion of the six, the new millionaire will therefore have to give the state about PLN 200,000.
