Dekpol, as part of currently implemented contracts for the construction of warehouse facilities, will provide a total of approximately 230,000. m2 of usable space. According to the forecast, the entire general contracting segment will provide the capital group with PLN 540 million in sales revenues in 2018.

– As part of its general contracting services, Dekpol is very much involved in the implementation of warehouse projects. He has high competences in this area. The group is currently building several facilities that will provide a total of approximately 230,000 sq m. sq m of modern warehouse space. For comparison, in the field of logistics projects, Dekpol has so far completed projects covering a total of PLN 220,000. m2 of usable space. – we read in the statement.

The latest order is carried out by Dekpol in Kokotów. Under the “design and build” general contracting system, comprehensive construction works are carried out there, including a warehouse and office facility with an area of ​​approx. 40.4 thousand m2. sq m along with the necessary technical infrastructure. In turn, a high-storage warehouse with a usable area of ​​approx. 29,000 m2 is being built in Pruszcz Gdański. sq m. The Dekpol Group is also present in the construction of logistics parks, among others: in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Szczecin and Siemianowice Śląskie. However, production and warehouse facilities are also constructed for clients, including: in Nowa Ruda, Linowiec, Śliwice, it was also given.

According to the financial forecast, the turnover of the general contracting segment in 2018 will amount to PLN 540 million and will constitute 67%. total sales revenues of the Dekpol Group. An increasing share is ensured by the implementation of contracts regarding large-scale facilities, mainly warehouses.

We have extensive competences, which make us an attractive partner for developers and enterprises planning their own investments in this area. – said Michał Skowron, vice-president of Dekpol.

All works are carried out on behalf of private investors. The main area of ​​activity remains the Pomeranian Voivodeship, where almost 54 percent is located. projects, summarized.
