Many people believe that the Polish team will go home after three matches. The legend of Polish football, Włodzimierz Lubański, has a different opinion. In an interview for WP SportoweFakty, the 1972 Olympic champion said that everything is possible. – We are not doomed to be devoured. Coach Michał Probierz is starting to implement his vision, and the team looks better than at the end of last year's qualifications. – Success should give us wings, which we may feel at the upcoming European Championships – he added in a conversation with WP journalists.

Włodzimierz Lubański about the chances of getting out of the group
