Victoria Dom has introduced 175 apartments for sale as part of the new stage of the Ursus Factory 3 estate in Warsaw, the company announced.
The developer is starting to sell apartments as part of the new stage of a very popular housing estate located in Ursus. The Ursus Factory 3 investment will include a two-block building. The lower part will consist of 5 and the upper part will consist of 8 floors. The project includes a total of 175 premises with areas ranging from 28 sq m to 75 sq m, with the average area being approximately 45 sq m, the release states.
