The budget Honor brand will soon be enriched with another smartphone offering a decent price-quality ratio. Honor X8b will offer an interesting solution designed primarily for mobile photography enthusiasts.
Specifications of the Honor X8b smartphone
The latest representative of the Honor smartphone series is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display that can display images in FullHD+ resolution. By the way, from the data provided by the manufacturer, we learned that the maximum brightness of the display of the Honor X8b model is to be up to 2000 nits.
The heart of the newly announced smartphone is to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 drive unit, which will receive additional support from 8 GB of RAM. For user data – depending on the price version of the device – the manufacturer has provided from 128 to 512 GB of space in the internal memory. The whole thing is powered by a 4500 mAh battery.
In terms of the technical specifications of this budget smartphone, what attracts attention is, above all, a very decent triple camera with a main lens with a resolution of 108 megapixels. In addition, the smartphone also has a 5 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro lens.
Magic Capsule, something like a dynamic island from the new iPhones
Interestingly, in the Honor X8b model, the manufacturer used a solution called Magic Capsule in the upper part of the screen, which is a kind of equivalent of the Dynamic Island function from Apple, known from the last two generations of iPhone.
Honor X8b will first debut on selected Asian markets, but over time it will also be available in other parts of the world, including Europe. The smartphone will be available in three distinct color variants, and its price should not exceed PLN 1,000.
