Everything indicates that we are witnessing the birth of another talent in women’s tennis. On Saturday morning, 18-year-old Zuzanna Pawlikowska advanced to the first senior final in her career. In the semi-final of the tournament in Sharm el-Sheikh, Egypt, she did not give any chance to Russian Margarita Skyrabina. This is not the end of the good news.

Zuzanna Pawlikowska made her presence felt after the end of this year’s US Open, when she asked fans for help in realizing her dreams. The 18-year-old wanted to fly to New York for the games and started a special collection, which was successful. She repaid herself by advancing to the 1/8 finals of the competition, winning two matches. He is currently in Egypt, where he also achieves important triumphs.

The competition in New York was a breakthrough in her career. This was the beginning of her serious adventure in senior competitions. At the end of September, she won the match in the ITF tournament in Sharm el-Sheikh, thanks to which she secured her debut in the WTA ranking. Since then, he has been successively playing duels in Egypt and recording performances in competitions there. Currently, he competes in the W15 Sharm el-Sheikh 18 ITF competition, where he is doing better and better.

She advanced to the final of the competition, and in the semi-final she defeated Russian Margarita Skyrabina 6:2, 6:1. In the decisive fight for the title, she will face Alisa Kummel, who defeated Taiwan’s representative Fang An Lin 6:3, 6:2. It is worth noting that while reaching the semi-finals of the competition in question, she lost only one set, playing against the tournament’s top four.

This is not the end of the achievements of the talented tennis player from Poland. The courts in Egypt are extremely favorable for her because, apart from advancing to the singles final, she managed to win all her doubles matches until the semi-final. The Pole played in a duo with the representative of Egypt, Yasmin Ezzat. Unfortunately, in the final the duo of Alisa Kummel and Ekaterina Makarova turned out to be better, winning 6:4, 6:0, so the Pole will have to wait for her first success in adult doubles competitions.
