Arche® System – a proprietary investment mechanism
The Arche® system is a proven concept for investing in hotel real estate, which provides investors with a monthly remuneration proportional to the number of m² of the purchased premises. Importantly, the profit is generated not only from renting a specific apartment, but from the entire working area in the hotel, i.e. SPA, restaurants, treatment rooms and other services provided in the hotel, which minimizes the investment risk.
The investment in the Arche® System offers a minimum annual remuneration of 5% of the net value of the finished and equipped premises, for a period of up to 10 years. For example, Arche Cukrownia Żnin achieved a profit for the Investor of 14.4% in 2023. In the event of failure to achieve the planned income, Arche undertakes to compensate the difference, which was practiced in the difficult times of the pandemic in 2020-2021. All hotels are built and managed not by special purpose vehicles with small capital, but by one company Arche SA, which corresponds with equity capital of over PLN 600 million.

In addition to stable income, investors receive numerous benefits, such as discounts on stays in all hotels from the Arche collection. Each apartment is a separate property and has its own land and mortgage register, which ensures legal security of the transaction.
