The house in question was built in 1940. It has nine bedrooms and 13 bathrooms. It was bought by a famous star in 2016. Now she wants to sell it for $42.5 million, which is $14.5 million more than she paid for it.

The villa in Bel Air was designed by architect Samuel Marx and has since undergone many renovations to resemble – as we read on the real estate agency’s website – “a one-of-a-kind multi-story refuge.”
Of course, on the huge grounds, in addition to the main estate, there is a guest house, a gym, a cinema, a 100-seat amphitheater, a golf course, a swimming pool, a spa and a private lake with a sandy beach.
Inside the main villa you will also find a huge fireplace, a wet bar, a wrought-iron spiral staircase, a formal dining room and library, a kitchen with a fireplace and a cozy breakfast nook. There is also a game room and family room upstairs.
According to TMZ, Lopez and her actor husband Ben Affleck – who sold their Palisades studio apartment in October 2022 for $28.5 million – planned to renovate and live in the singer’s Bel Air mansion after the wedding. Now, however, they live in a rented property and intend to find a completely new home together.
