Last weeks for PIT settlement. Over 5 million people have used the Your e-PIT system

Taxpayers have already submitted over 5 million declarations prepared for them by the National Tax Administration in the Your e-PIT service. People who have not yet settled their PIT for 2023 have until April 30, 2024 to do so.

“Your e-PIT in the e-Tax Office is the simplest and most convenient way to settle your tax. Over 5 million declarations submitted prove the great popularity and trust in our service,” emphasizes Marcin Łoboda, Head of the National Tax Administration.

Settle your PIT by April 30, 2024.

In the Your e-PIT service, taxpayers have access to a pre-filled tax return. This return includes data to which the tax administration has access. Until April 30, 2024, taxpayers can verify, modify or approve their settlements in the Your e-PIT service. They can make changes to the prepared returns, include deductions and reliefs that are not automatically assigned in the system, and change or indicate the public benefit organization to which they want to donate 1.5% of their tax.
If the taxpayer does not submit the PIT-37 and PIT-38 return for 2023 on his own, it will be automatically accepted in the system after April 30. Thanks to this, the PIT will be submitted on time even if the taxpayer does not take any action.
