Morawiecki on the PO government: Starvation pensions were a common phenomenon

The day after the debate on TVP, Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki was a guest of Wiadomości. On air, he had the opportunity to again refer to most of the issues raised the day before.

Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has no doubts. A vote for the Left and Poland 2050 is actually a vote for Donald Tusk. The head of government argued about this on Telewizja Polska in Gość Wiadomości.

Starvation pensions

In the program after the main edition of News, the Prime Minister had the opportunity to once again confront most of the topics that had been discussed the day before in the pre-election debate organized by TVP. One of them was the issue of pensions. They were asked about the PLN 2 coin that Mateusz Morawiecki was supposed to give to Donald Tusk after the meeting.

– After my speeches, I always go to people and talk to them. Tomorrow I’m going to the next meeting in Wielkopolska and I’m sure that if I asked who would have the indexation by one, two or three zlotys, I would have no choice. Starvation pensions were a common phenomenon – said Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki.

– We fundamentally changed it. In the coming years, we will take even more care of a dignified future for seniors. We will develop our programs and introduce internship pensions – added.

Social policy. Morawiecki about the tragedy of Poles

The head of government was also asked about social policy, including unemployment and jobs.

– Many Poles remember that in the times of PO-PSL there was an apparent choice – unemployment or going abroad to work. This often involved tragedy. Mom or dad went abroad and the children stayed in Poland – said the Prime Minister on TVP.

– That’s why our promise is so important. We will repeat the great change in job creation in smaller towns. I know how to do it, because after hundreds of conversations with investors, we managed to bring unemployment to the lowest level in the modern history of Poland – he concluded.
