Mostostal Warszawa will build a primary school in Wilanów
Mostostal Warszawa signed a contract with the Wilanów District of the Capital City of Warsaw for the construction of a new primary school. The facility is scheduled to be ready in 2020.
A new primary school will be built in Warsaw’s Wilanów district. The district office signed a contract with Mostostal Warszawa for the construction of the facility, including a pitch with artificial surface, sports hall and above-ground parking lot. The building, which is to accommodate 750 students, will have a total area of over 7,000 square meters spread over three floors. The usable area of the gymnasium, specified in the contract, is 2.8 thousand m2. m, and the pitches with parking – 3.5 thousand. square meters
– Mostostal Warszawa’s diversified order portfolio includes, in addition to energy, industrial, infrastructure and general construction facilities, also investments playing an important social role, such as hospitals, university buildings and schools. We are pleased that we will have the opportunity to demonstrate the high competences of our staff in the construction of a facility for the youngest Warsaw residents – the inhabitants of Wilanów – says Jorge Calabuig Ferre, Vice-President of the Management Board of Mostostal Warszawa.
Under the contract, Mostostal Warszawa agreed to construct access roads and the necessary technical infrastructure. The project is to be put into operation in 2020, and its total cost is just over PLN 59 million.
