Law and Justice has published a new election spot in which it boasts record low unemployment. “A decent wage, almost the lowest unemployment in the European Union, lower taxes for working people and zero PIT for young people,” enumerates Mateusz Morawiecki.

These are the calling cards of the Law and Justice government,” he enumerates.

Attacking the opposition

In the latest spot, Morawiecki also attacks the Civic Platform, recalling data on unemployment and wages from the times of Donald Tusk’s government.

“PLN 5, PLN 6, PLN 4.50 per hour, most of them for junk contracts. Remember it, see for yourself. These are job offers for Tusk. These announcements are a permanent element of the landscape of Poland ruled by the Civic Platform,” says Morawiecki in the latest election spot.

Unemployment in September

On Tuesday, Minister of Family Marena Maląg announced that the unemployment rate in September was 5 percent, which means it has not changed compared to August.

– Even after the end of September, when seasonal work ends, according to the reading of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy, the unemployment rate is 5.0 percent. and the number of unemployed people decreased by 5 thousand, i.e. almost 800 thousand. people are unemployed. This shows that the situation is stable – said the head of the Ministry of Family and Social Policy on Radio One.

According to data provided by Minister Marlena Maląg, the lowest unemployment occurs in Greater Poland and the highest in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
