On Friday, September 1 at At 1:00 p.m. the draw ceremony for the Europa League group stage began. The special guests of this event were Stephane M’bia and John O’Shea. The latter drew Raków Częstochowa in group D, which also included Atalanta, Sporting Lisbona and Szymon Włodarczyk’s Sturm Graz.
