The “smartest” city in the world
The International Institute for Management Development (IMD) recently published its index of smart or “smartest” cities, covering as many as 142 locations from around the world. The list was prepared based on economic and technological progress and factors such as sustainable development, inclusiveness and quality of life.
For the fifth year in a row, the honorable title went to the Swiss city of Zurich. It was followed by Oslo and Canberra in Australia.
